Hi! If you are stopping by, is because you probably would like to know a little bit more about me, and the reason behind this blog. I hope that by learning more about my story you will be encouraged to come back and be a part of this journey.

Let’s start from the beginning, my sort of beginning.  I am based in London which I consider as my second home. I love this city – the culture, its diversity and its spirit. From the moment I moved to the “crazy” English capital I knew I would be just fine. Here I discovered my true passion for interior design. With such an easy access to all the areas of London, where landscape changes within minutes, it was impossible for me not to get infected by the city “aesthetic bug”. My response to the desire of creating spaces was quite simple – I enrolled for the design course at university and earned a diploma in Interior and Spatial Design. I finally stepped into the world of endless opportunities.

This is one side of the story. The other is strictly based on my experiences in London, as a foreigner. I came to this country on my own with just a back bag and a suitcase. From a house, I moved into a room, where nothing was mine, the issues were: how to make this place feel like a home? And how can I do it cheaply? This is exactly what I want to talk about on my blog – tons and tons of ways on how to create something beautiful within the four walls you are living in. Just because you are renting a room or a flat on a small budget it doesn’t mean that you cannot transfer your living space in to something extraordinary, comfortable and cozy, you name it!  With a bit of effort and smart approach everything is achievable.

I consider interior design a very vast discipline with probably as many trends as people living on this planet. Going further in to the trends subject-everyone gets inspired differently. In my case, the light bulb above my head lights up from experiences during travelling and sightseeing. For that reason, I’m constantly travelling the world. What am I looking for and what am I looking at?  Everything!  The way people use colours, patterns, their solutions for problematic spaces and of course traditional and folkloristic motives within spaces. When I am not exploring new destinations, I am wandering the amazing streets of London, having fun and looking for what’s new.

Well, now you know…
